北京安贞医院皮肤性病科于1984年随北京安贞医院的建立而设立。随着医院的发展，科室规模也逐渐扩展，目前科室有医师10人，护士3人，共13名医护人员。10位医师包括主任医师1人，副主任医师4人，主治医师4人，住院医师1人，其4位具有博士学历，2位具有硕士学历;3位护士包括主管护师2人，护士1人。

近年来，随着安贞医院的跨越式发展，皮肤性病科也吸引了更多的患者就医，门诊量逐年递增，从建院之初的不足1万人次/年，到目前的近10万人次/年。经过多年的发展，科室所有医生对常见皮肤病及性传播疾病的诊断与治疗都达到了较高水平，并在银屑病等难治性皮肤病、特应性皮炎等过敏性疾病、带状疱疹等感染性疾病、尖锐湿疣等性传播疾病、痤疮等损容性皮肤病的治疗方面形成了我科的特色;科室与心脏内外科合作，在心血管梅毒的诊治方面形成了我院特色。

2021年皮肤科紧跟学科进展，新开设了特应性皮炎、银屑病、足甲病、痤疮、脱发等多个专病门诊，在多项疾病的诊疗方面形成了科室特色。目前科室是国家远程医疗与互联网医学中心皮肤影像示范建设单位;中日友好医院毛发医联体单位，中国湿疹皮炎过敏研究基地。

科室始终贯彻医院“强专科优综合”的办院理念和“以人为本”的服务理念，着重开展有效的诊疗技术和方法：光动力治疗明显提高了中重度痤疮的治疗效果，解决了尖锐湿疣的复发难题，也为特殊部位皮肤肿瘤增添了新的治疗手段;点阵激光明显改善了中重度痤疮患者面部遗留的凹陷性瘢痕，肉毒素注射为爱美的患者解决了“面子问题”。生物制剂的精准治疗为中重度特应性皮炎、银屑病患者开创了治疗新纪元。

在加强临床工作的同时，科室承担了首都医科大学临床、预防、国际学院、护理夜大的授课及临床见习工作。

科室利用现有资源，注重科研能力的提升。在完善本学科建设的同时，注重与其它科室的合作，积极开展临床科研工作。

近5年来科室发表科研论文20余篇。申请获批北京市自然科学基金1项，北京市卫健委推广项目1项，校级教学改革课题1项。

安贞医院皮肤性病科现有医护人员中，多数人员都具有20余年的临床工作经验，热情周到的服务、良好的医德、精湛的医术、医护的良好配合为科室赢得了多年来在患者中的良好口碑。在医院和科室领导的带领下，全科人员满怀信心，迎接新的挑战，争取为广大患者提供更加优质的医疗服务。

The Department of Dermatology and Venereology was founded in 1984 together with the establishment of Beijing Anzhen Hospital. With the development of the hospital, the department also grown gradually. Currently, there are 13 medical staff in the department including 10 physicians and 3 registered nurses. The physicians team consists of 1 chief physician, 4 associate chief physicians, 4 attending physicians and 1 resident physician. Four of them are with doctor’s degree and two are with master’s degree. The nursing team consists of 2 charge nurses and 1 registered nurse. With the effort of all leaders and team members, the department developed highly skilled medical team, complete treatment offerings and proven records of high quality clinical medical service.

In recent years, with the rapid development of Anzhen hospital, the department also attracted more patients. The number of outpatient visits increased from less than 10,000 visits per year at the beginning of the hospital to nearly 100,000 visits per year. All doctors in the department accumulated in-depth knowledge and rich experience on diagnosis and treatment of skin diseases and sexually transmitted diseases. The treatment of spreading diseases, acne and other disfiguring skin diseases and the diagnosis of cardiovascular syphilis became the specialty of the department.

Keeping up with the progress of the discipline, in 2021, the department newly offered several specialized outpatient clinics for atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, pedicure, acne, and alopecia, forming the characteristics of the department in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple diseases. The department is currently the skin imaging demonstration unit of the National Telemedicine and Internet Medical Center; the hair and hair medical consortium unit of the China-Japan Friendship Hospital, and the China Research Base of Eczema, Dermatitis and Allergy.

The department always implemented the hospital's tenet of "strong expertise and comprehensive" and "people-oriented" principle, focusing on effective diagnosis and treatment techniques and methods: photodynamic therapy significantly improved the treatment effect of moderate to severe acne and solved the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum. The method also provided a brand-new treatment for skin tumors in special parts; fractional laser significantly improved the depressed scars left on the faces of patients with moderate to severe acne, and botulinum toxin injection solved the "face problem" for patients who were obsessed with beauty. The precise treatment of biological agents opened up a new era of treatment for patients with moderate to severe atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

The department undertook the teaching and clinical internship of the Capital Medical University's School of Clinical, Prevention, and International Studies.

The department also used existing resources to focus on the improving scientific research capabilities. While perfecting the discipline construction, we also actively collaborated with other departments and carried out clinical research.

In the past five years, department members published over 20 scientific research papers. The department members also successfully applied for several research projects including one project supported by the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, one promotion project by the Beijing Municipal Health Commission, and one school-level teaching reform project.

Most of the medical staff in the department have over 20 years’ clinical experience. The warm and thoughtful service, good medical ethics, superb medical skills, and good cooperation of medical and nurses helped the department to constantly deliver high quality clinical medical services and earn great reputation among patients for many years.
